Our baby girl turned one this week! We had two birthday celebrations.
First birthday celebration started out with a day with Mommy and Daddy at the Accentra Match Play Golf Tournament. We made a poster for lily that said 'today is my 1st birthday' and got autographs from Martin Kimer, Ernie Els, Grem McDowel and a couple other golfers who I don't know. BUT, they were all very nice. Funny story: I had the poster out for Grem Mcdowel to sign and Mark held lily next to me. Grem read the sign out loud, then looked at me and said 'there is no way this is your first birthday', it was funny and just shows that even though they are celebrities, they are still willing to have fun. We had a great time outside in the sunshine. Funny cause the next day it snowed.
Then we went to Guadalajara Grill and celebrated with family. Lily had her first cupcake and she loved it! It was a fun day.
Today, we had Lily's second celebration. It was a 'Candyland theme' so we tried to make all the food look like candy. It turned out very cute, even though I suck at time management and did not give myself enough time to finish everything...oh well. I made a sprinkle rainbow cake that turned out pretty awesome, and was so fun to make! We had some friends come and family, overall it was a lot of fun and a great memory for all of us, even Lily.

I cannot believe my princess is one. She is such a beautiful and precious girl, such a blessing to us. I live for lily, she is my everything and can't wait to celebrate more birthday's with her.
